Who can ask other klans to KW

hi, only members with a 4+ star rating can ask other klans for a KW, if 4+ star members ask another klan for a KW they must take a screenshot of them saying "agreed" if not then we cant KW, to get a better star rating you haveto be on the same server as either {WK}H Guru, {WK}Galea14 or {WK}§ñiþ£™ then after the game if you played good we may consider of giving you a star.

its kinda hard for me to play cuz of my halo ce being screwed up all it says is Error Connecting To Gamespy Master Server

Yes its youre firewall blocking the ports to play halo, you will need to open ports 2302 and 2303 and make sure in halo they are that aswell.
